Theme Week: Actual Feminist Fairy Tales

ranguvar33Hey, you all remember Feminist Fairy Tales, right? That wholesome little book by Barbara Walker that said that menstrual blood was The Greatest Gift Ever, that every single goddess was the same one, and that MEN BAD?
Yeah, that one.
So, to counter all the MASSIVE fails in those tales(JUST THE TALES, THE ESSAYS ARE A WHOLE 'NOTHER KETTLE OF FISH) I would like for everyone to talk about ACTUAL feminist tales. They can be from movies, television, books, anything. Just so long as they spit in the face of Walker's bullshit.
